1: Any bookings requests should be made by e-mail to crusadersfcpitchbookings@gmail.com or in writing to Seaview

2: All clubs must have a designated representative or secretary who has access to e-mail. All invoices and receipts will be e-mailed.
The designated club representatives must ensure that their club review the following two documents and ensure that the information is cascaded to their members:

- 4G Footware Recommendations

3: The designated club representative must also reply by e-mail confirming their club’s acceptance of the booking policy of Seaview Stadium.
Payment
1: Payment must be received at least 7 working days in advance of the booking.
