Seaview Enterprises Limited - What we offer

Seaview Enterprises offer business consultancy services to the football industry. We assisted our main client, Crusaders Football Club, in becoming the first Irish League club to install an artificial playing surface. We also developed a new business strategy for the club resulting in new revenue streams.

see 4G Article in Plant & Civil Engineering.pdf

A UEFA 2 Star surface will allow intensive utilisation that will provide Crusaders FC and affiliate clubs with a quality surface available for use all year round and provide community and schools access at off-peak times.

Our services also include CRM implementation and Performance Analysis Consultancy in partnership with Prozone.

Location of business

Seaview Enterprises will be located at Seaview Stadium, home of Crusaders Football Club on the Shore Road, Belfast. Situated in a densely populated area of the City the new facility is on a main arterial route and just off the Yorkgate junction of the M1 and M2 motorways.

Adequate parking is available and Seaview is also capable of hosting up to 3,000 visitors on matchdays. The 4G Facility has suitable changing facilities for two Premier League football teams and will soon be developed to offer more suitable changing facilities for all proposed users.

Support economic revitalisation

The proposal from Seaview Enterprises Ltd will have a significant impact on the local area welcoming daily clients to the facility, promoting sport within the local community specifically among young people through providing preferential daytime access to local schools and community associations. Crusaders FC and new social enterprise, Seaview Enterprises Ltd, can be instrumental in not only giving added value to the local and regional economies but also act as a focal point for community involvement, community cohesion and helping to tackle social exclusion.
